Fantastic nursing care. Extremely high levels of cleanliness. All staff very conscientious and kind.
Very helpful.
Everyone was caring and kind.
Nobody was impatient.
Good place to be if not at home.
Less waiting times.
Ever all the care at St Richards was really very good 11/10.
I was admitted as a day patient on the 23rd of December . I would like to say that although I was very frightened your staff were absolutely fantastic. I was made to feel really important not one of your staff made me feel stupid for being so scared. I was treated with the upmost respect and care. No one wants to be in hospital but thanks to the kindness of all your staff it was made a much more pleasant experience. Thank you all.
Being fast tracked at A and E was good. Also, was gave lots of information about my condition.
All staff are very kind and helpful. I found much better treatment, then Drs surgeries and mostly only work part time, so you never get the same Dr twice, you don't know them and they don't know you, as I'm old, I have my own Dr, but you have too wait 3 weeks for an appointment so you have.
I found the staff- that's cleaners to doctors all very helpful.
My stay was made bearable by the kindness and understanding of the nurses.
I thank them all.
